Just Who Are We Anyway?

Sketch of Ms Sanders The Sanders half of our creative team is retired from a very successful career in the health field where she was responsible for the management and archiving of sensitive records in accordance with applicable federal, state, and accrediting agencies requirements.  She holds certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and has many years' experience gathering facts for research projects. She understands the importance of a good, solid beginning, and good organization.

Her interest in genealogy evolved from a journey to discover her own heritage (she is of Norman descent). This keen interest in her own lineage inspired her to return to school to learn formal methodologies, accurate reporting methods, and the caveats of genealogical research. She continues to expand her knowledge and expertise in this field as she puts her research skills to work helping others discover their own long-lost ancestors.

The Green half of Sanders Green first experienced the art of photo restoration in 1966, as a "large-format negative retoucher" using soft lead pencils, a light table, and solvents. In 1993, she began to offer workshops to teach people how to restore enlarged photographs (by hand) using readily available materials, and now makes use of today's technologies to continue her craft. Along the way, she earned a BA in Anthropology, an MS in Geographic Information Systems, and is the recipient of Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key honors, as well as numerous fine art and design awards. She is retired from Florida's University system where she provided technical assistance to rural communities across the state.

She works with a Wacom tablet in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator, and loves to share with her clients the tiny details she often discovers during a project; things that were overlooked because of the original's size, or age.

Who are we?  We are Cousins!
